Terms of Service

Nanm Media · Effective date: January 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Nanm website and the services provided by Nanm Media. Questions go to inquire@nanmmedia.com.

SMS messaging terms and compliance

1. Program description

Our messaging program sends service messages such as appointment and booking confirmations, reminders, review requests, and follow-ups to people who have opted in through our web forms, booking, or a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Consent is collected with a clear opt-in, and messages relate to the services you asked about or use.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we send one confirmation and then stop messaging you. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did before.

3. Support

If you need help with the messaging program, reply HELP, or reach us at inquire@nanmmedia.com during business hours.

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

8. Privacy

For privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the TCPA and CTIA guidelines, regarding SMS communications.

General terms

This website (the Site) is owned and operated by Nanm Media, which also operates under the names Nanm, Amplitum Studio, and Amplitum (together, Nanm, we, us, or our). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply. We may change these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here.

What we do

Nanm builds and runs marketing and follow-up systems for local businesses. The exact work, timeline, and price for your business are agreed with you directly before we start, on a call and in writing.

The Revival Sprint

The Revival Sprint is paid in two parts. You pay half to get started, and the second half is due after the 30-day period, and only if the sprint has met the target we agreed on when we started working together. The 30-day period begins when your system goes live, not on the day you pay. The Google Business Profile setup or audit included in the sprint is yours to keep regardless of the outcome.

Ongoing services (Nanm Pulse)

Nanm Pulse is a monthly service that continues month to month until you cancel. What is included is tailored to your business and confirmed with you before we begin.

Advertising budgets

If your plan includes ad management (Nanm Reach), the advertising budget is separate from our fee. That money is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms, such as Google or Meta. You set it and you control it. We manage how it is spent.

Intellectual property

The Site and its materials are the property of Nanm Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use the Site for your own non-commercial use. Unless we authorize it, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute material from the Site. If you post or submit material to us, you confirm you have the right to do so and give us permission to use it in connection with providing our services.

Registration and account security

Some features or services may require an account. You agree to give accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us right away at inquire@nanmmedia.com.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, products, or services, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
  • Only contact customers who have agreed to be contacted.
  • Use the systems we build in line with the law and platform rules.

Results and disclaimers

We work hard to get you results and we stand behind the Revival Sprint as described above. Outside of that specific promise, our services are provided as is, and we cannot guarantee exact numbers, because results also depend on your business, your market, and your follow-through. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim other warranties, and you agree to hold Nanm Media harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site beyond our stated commitments.

Ending the work

You can cancel an ongoing service at any time with reasonable notice. On cancellation, we will stop the work and settle anything outstanding. We may also end or suspend access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, where Nanm Media operates. Any dispute under these terms will be handled in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available here with its effective date.
